How to learn to "pony" horses with ROTH
As with all horsemanship "ponying" is an art. It requires a quiet, skilled, competent balanced rider and a ability to both ride a horse and guide another. ROTH teaches young horses to pony having "Reached Out" prior to create a trust based partnership the grounds person guides the horse occasionally through body language. The values of ponying are immeasurable. Here you witness ponying for and with young horses, but this does not include ponying for performance horses, exercise, behavior modification, rehab, exposure etc..
