I recently retired (2009) as the senior police artist for the Metropolitan Police in London, Victoria. I was based at New Scotland Yard and am now creating art of nicer and more beautiful things in life. I have spent over 40 years sketching and drawing animals, dogs, horses and people and only started painting in acrylics, watercolour and pastels. I have recently started painting horses as I've always had a fondness for these magnificent beasts (even though I know relatively little about them, in fact I've never even ridden a horse.) You can see my latest art and my horse sketches and painting at so please come on over and take a look, you are more than welcome. I can undertake commissions throughout the UK, Europe and the US.
