My name is Kaitlin, I was born in Denver, Colorado on October 3, 1991 to David and Ann Phillips. When I was 7 months old, we moved to Florida. We bought our first two horses while we were there. When I was almost two, we moved to Cortez, Colorado. After that, we moved to McMinnville, Tennessee. When I was 3, we moved to Frost, Texas. We left Texas when I six and moved to New Mexico. When I was 7, we moved to Bethany, Oklahoma. From Bethany, we moved to Chandler, Oklahoma, where I lived the majority of the past 10 years. In 2002 we moved to Tennessee, where we lived for 3 years. My parents and I moved back to Oklahoma when my oldest sister, Amanda, was murdered in 2005. When I was nine I gave my heart to the Lord. I got baptized on September 29, 2002. But I didn't really have a relationship with God until I lost my sister in 2005. It was then that I really put my faith in God. Since then I have grown so much closer to God. I long to serve Him more and more everyday. I love to volunteer at Christian concerts when given the opportunity. Helping my mom in the Church nursery is such a blessing to me. I am a very active member in my Church Youth group. I have always loved horses and they have always been my favorite animal. But it wasn't until I was 12 or 13 that I really got into horses. My sister, Amanda, helped me purchase my first horse in 2004. When she died in 2005 and my parents and moved back to Chandler, I took over her horse farm, with the help of my parents. Since then I have learned so much about horses, such as starting young horses and raising foals. I love to sing and worship God in song. I love the art of photography and love to take pictures. My family and friends are some of the most important people in my life. They mean the world to me and I am so thankful God gave them to me.
