Ballyroan Stakes

The Ballyroan Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in Ireland which is open to thoroughbreds aged three years or older. It is run at Leopardstown over a distance of 1 mile and 4 furlongs (2,414 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in August.

The event was formerly contested over 1 mile and 2 furlongs, and it used to be classed at Listed level. Its distance was extended by 2 furlongs in 1995, and it was promoted to Group 3 status in 2007.
