Best Gain

Best Gain (風雲) was an Irish thoroughbred racehorse who raced in Hong Kong. He was best known as a bust from the 1998 Hong Kong International Sale. Sired by Danehill to dam Karawasha, he was sold for HK$2.3 million (US$295,000), becoming the most expensive horse sold in that year's sale. He ran 16 races during his career, all failed to finish first three and was unable to earn any prize money.
