The Feilden Stakes is a Listed flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to three-year-old Thoroughbreds. It is run on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket over a distance of 1 mile and 1 furlong (1,811 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year during the Craven Meeting in mid April.

The race used to be called the Gerry Feilden Stakes, but it has been known by its present shortened title since 1987.

The Feilden Stakes sometimes serves as a Classic trial, and the last participant to achieve victory in the Epsom Derby was Erhaab, the runner-up in 1994.
