The Greenham Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to three-year-old Thoroughbred colts and geldings. It is run at Newbury over a distance of 7 furlongs (1,408 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in April.

The event was established in 1906, and it is named after Greenham, a village to the south-east of Newbury and the civil parish in which the racecourse is located.

During the early part of its history the race was contested over a mile, but it was shortened when it resumed after World War II.

The Greenham Stakes serves as a trial for the first colts' Classics of the European flat season. The most recent participant to win the 2,000 Guineas was Rodrigo de Triano, the fourth-placed horse in 1992. The last to win the Poule d'Essai des Poulains was Victory Note, the winner in 1998.
