The Hackwood Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to thoroughbreds aged three years or older. It is run at Newbury over a distance of 6 furlongs and 8 yards (1,214 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in July.

The event was formerly classed at Listed level, and it was then promoted to its present status, Group 3, in 2006. The race is currently held on the second day of Newbury's Summer Festival meeting, on the same afternoon as the Weatherbys Super Sprint.
