Isle Of Man is a thoroughbred racehorse known mainly for winning the New Zealand Derby in 1982, a race marred by the demise of the undefeated Altitude.

To remember him simply for that however is unfair, as he went on to prove his class by winning the Rosehill Guineas in Sydney and being placed at Group 1 level in the Wellington Cup and at Ellerslie under weight-for-age conditions behind McGinty.

Following his retirement from racing he was a successful sire.
