The Jersey Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to three-year-old thoroughbreds. It is run at Ascot over a distance of 7 furlongs (1,408 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in June.

Prior to World War I there was a three-part event at Royal Ascot called the Triennial Stakes. This comprised a 5-furlong race for two-year-olds, a 7-furlong race for three-year-olds and a 2-mile race for four-year-olds. The same horses would compete each year over the increasing distances. The format was discontinued after the war, but the second leg was maintained in the guise of the Jersey Stakes, which was introduced in 1919. This was named after the 4th Earl of Jersey, who served as the Master of the Buckhounds in the late eighteenth century.

The race is presently run on the second day of the five-day Royal Ascot meeting.
