The Jockey Club Stakes is a Group 2 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to thoroughbreds aged four years or older. It is run at Newmarket over a distance of 1 mile and 4 furlongs (2,414 metres), and the latter part is on the Rowley Mile. It is scheduled to take place each year in late April or early May.

The event was established in 1894, and it was originally held in the autumn. In its early years it was open to horses aged three or older, and it was sometimes contested by one or more of the season's Classic winners. The race was initially run over a distance of 1¼ miles, and this was extended to 1¾ miles in 1901. The minimum age was raised to four in 1963, and at the same time the race was cut to its present length, 1½ miles.
