The King Edward VII Stakes is a Group 2 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to three-year-old thoroughbred colts and geldings. It is run at Ascot over a distance of 1 mile and 4 furlongs (2,414 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in June.

The event was established in 1834, and it was originally called the Ascot Derby Stakes. During the early part of its history it was open to horses of either gender. It was given its present title in 1926, in memory of King Edward VII.

The King Edward VII Stakes is usually contested by horses which held an entry for the Derby Stakes two weeks earlier. It is presently run on day four of the Royal Ascot meeting.
