The La Troienne Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually since 1986 at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky. Formerly the Louisville Distaff Handicap, the Grade II event run in early May is open to fillies and mares, age three and older. It is contested on dirt over a distance of 1 1/16 miles (8.5 furlongs).
