The Leicestershire Stakes is a Listed flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to Thoroughbreds aged four years or older. It is run at Leicester over a distance of 7 furlongs and 9 yards (1,416 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late April.

The event held Group 3 status from 1999 to 2003, and during this period it was won on three occasions by Warningford. It was relegated back to Listed level in 2004.
