Lloyd J. Williams is a high profile Australian property developer and businessman and a major figure in Thoroughbred horse racing. He was educated at Xavier College, Melbourne.

Williams is most well known for being the founding father of the Crown Casino, Australia's largest casino and one of the largest single casinos in the world, in Melbourne, Victoria.

Hudson Conway is Williams family controlled business which has investments in a wide range of properties across Melbourne.

Thoroughbred horse racing

Lloyd Williams owns and breeds Thoroughbred horses. Along with his wife Suzy, he has won Australia's most prestigious race, the Melbourne Cup, on three occasions. His first Cup winner was Just A Dash in 1981 followed by What A Nuisance in 1985 and Efficient in 2007[1][2].

Lloyd Williams is a very successful entrepreneur and he continues to make profit with his very successful casino (Crown Casino).
