The March Stakes is a Listed flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to thoroughbreds aged three years or older. It is run at Goodwood over a distance of 1 mile and 6 furlongs (2,816 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late August.

The event was established when a new fixture was introduced at Goodwood in 1965. It was named after the Earldom of March, a title which is inherited by the eldest son of the Duke of Richmond – the owner of Goodwood Racecourse.

The March Stakes was originally restricted to three-year-old horses only. It was formerly a major trial for the following month's St. Leger Stakes. It was opened to older horses in 1999.
