Moonga Stakes

The Moonga Stakes is a MRC Group 3 Australian Thoroughbred horse race, for four years old and upwards, at set weghts with penalties, over a distance of 1400 metres. It is held annually at Caulfield Racecourse in Melbourne in October. Total prize money for the race is AUD$176,000.

  • Since 1994 has been a Goup 3 race.
  • Previous names for this race include The Jayco Cup.
