The Nashua Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race held annually at Aqueduct Racetrack in Queens, New York. Named for Nashua, the 1955 United States Horse of the Year, it was first run in 1975. A Grade II race, it is open to two-year-olds and has been raced over a distance of one mile since 1994. Held in late October, it currently offers a $100,000-added purse.

In 2009, this race will be upgraded from a Grade III to a Grade II event.[1].

In 2001, the race was run at Belmont Park. The distance was set at a mile and 70 yards for 1985, at a mile and a sixteenth from 1987 to 1993. The race was not run in 1995.
