The Oh So Sharp Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to two-year-old thoroughbred fillies. It is run on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket over a distance of 7 furlongs (1,408 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late September or early October.

The event is named in honour of Oh So Sharp, a successful filly trained at Newmarket in the mid 1980s. She won the fillies' version of the Triple Crown in 1985. The race was given Listed status in 1993, and it was promoted to Group 3 level in 2007.

The Oh So Sharp Stakes is now held on the second day of Newmarket's three-day Cambridgeshire Meeting. It is currently sponsored by Shadwell, and its full title includes the name of Sakhee, a Shadwell stallion.
