The Premio Ambrosiano is a Group 3 flat horse race in Italy which is open to Thoroughbreds aged four years or older. It is run at Milan over a distance of 2,000 metres (about 1¼ miles), and it is scheduled to take place each year in late April or early May.

The event was downgraded to Listed level in 1996, having been previously classed as a Group 3 race. It was promoted back to its former status in 2007.
