The Prix de Ris-Orangis is a Group 3 flat horse race in France which is open to thoroughbreds aged three years or older. It is run at Maisons-Laffitte over a distance of 1,200 metres (about 6 furlongs), and it is scheduled to take place each year in July.

The event was established in 1970, and it was initially called the Prix d'Evry. It was named after a new racecourse at Evry which was then under construction. The inaugural running of the race was held at Saint-Cloud. It was originally contested over 1,600 metres by horses aged four or older, and it took place in early spring. It was transferred to Maisons-Laffitte in 1971, and simultaneously it was given Group 3 status.

The race moved to Evry upon the opening of the track in 1973. At the same time its title was changed to the Prix de Ris-Orangis. This refers to Ris-Orangis, a commune in which part of the new racecourse was situated.

There were several changes to the Prix de Ris-Orangis in 1987. Its distance was cut to 1,200 metres, the minimum age of participating horses was lowered to three, and it was switched to July. The racecourse at Evry closed after the 1996 season, and so the event was moved to a different venue, Deauville, in 1997.

The Prix de Ris-Orangis was held at Maisons-Laffitte in 2006, and it was transferred back to Deauville the following year. The race returned to Maisons-Laffitte in 2009.
