The Prix du Muguet is a Group 2 flat horse race in France which is open to thoroughbreds aged four years or older. It is run at Saint-Cloud over a distance of 1,600 metres (about 1 mile), and it is scheduled to take place each year in early May.

In its original form the Prix du Muguet was restricted to three-year-olds, and it was run over a length of 2,000 metres. The present version, contested by older horses over 1,600 metres, was introduced in 1967. The race was temporarily switched to Longchamp in 1968, and for this single running its distance was extended to 2,000 metres. The event was not run in 1971, but it returned the following year with Group 3 status. It was absent again in 1974, and for a period thereafter it was regularly transferred to Longchamp (1976–77, 1982–83 and 1985). The race was promoted to Group 2 level in 1995.

The Prix du Muguet traditionally takes place on May 1, the French public holiday of Fête du Travail (which coincides with the Fête du Muguet). Muguet is the French name for the spring-flowering plant Lily of the Valley.
