The Winter Hill Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to thoroughbreds aged three years or older. It is run at Windsor over a distance of 1 mile, 2 furlongs and 7 yards (2,018 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in August.

The event is traditionally held during Windsor's final evening meeting of the year. The venue stages such meetings regularly throughout the summer.

For a period the Winter Hill Stakes was classed at Listed level. It was promoted to its present status, Group 3, in 1995. It is now the only Group race usually run at Windsor.
