The With Anticipation Stakes is an American Thoroughbred horse race run annually near the end of August or early September at Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs, New York. A Grade III event raced on turf at a distance of one mile, it is open to two-year-old horses.

The race is named in honor of George W. Strawbridge, Jr.'s outstanding turf runner, With Anticipation.
