The Yorkshire Oaks is a Group 1 flat horse race in Great Britain which is open to thoroughbred fillies and mares aged three years or older. It is run at York over a distance of 1 mile and 4 furlongs (2,414 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in August.

The event was established in 1849, and it was originally restricted to three-year-old fillies only. It was opened to older fillies and mares in 1991. The race often features horses which ran previously in the Oaks Stakes at Epsom. The first to achieve victory in both contests was Brown Duchess in 1861, and the most recent was Alexandrova in 2006.

The Yorkshire Oaks is now held on day three of York's four-day Ebor Festival meeting.
